Alert emails not being sent

Good morning,

We have recently deployed Stratusphere and are looking to get some alerting and daily reports out of it.

I have configured both to be sent to my team but the alerts are not being sent. I see the alerts we have configured in the "Diagnostitics>Alerts" tab but we do not get the messages. We receive scheduled reports without issue. I have verified the messages are not being blocked by our spam appliance.

Any suggestions on things we can check? Alerts and reports are both going to the same distribution group and routing through the same mail appliance, so I do not believe it's a configuration issue on that end. Thanks!
