Monitor specific files

We can monitor folders in liquidware, and count the number of files in the folder, but it would be great to monitor an actual file. From that file I'd like to know the create date, modify date, file size, perhaps a character count on the file content, a file version.

This would help reporting if I need to know if a specific file exists on a system.

We are adding in the ability for "Custom" metrics next year. So file name/size is no issue.
